    How to Make an Avocado Flower?

    To create an avocado flower, start by cutting the avocado in half lengthwise and removing the pit. Then, gently peel off the skin piece by piece using your fingers. Next, place the avocado halves cut-side down on a cutting board and make thin vertical slices through the avocado.

    Once the slices are made, spread them out as much as possible by sliding them and finish by rolling them up. Finally, use a spatula to place the avocado flower on top of the salmon tartare and serve immediately. To prevent the avocado from browning, you can brush a little lemon juice onto your avocado flower.
