How to dehydrate strawberries at home

Can’t find freeze-dried strawberries in your local grocery store? You can always dehydrate fresh strawberries at home. To do so, preheat your oven to its lowest temperature. Meanwhile, cut thin slices of strawberry using a mandolin slicer. Cook your strawberries for about 3 hours or until they are completely dehydrated. For optimal results, leave the oven door ajar. But careful! It’s hard to resist these dried strawberries once they’re cooked since they are so tasty and crunchy… but they really are perfect for these energy balls!
