    Overnight oatmeal is the perfect breakfast for busy people. You can eat it on the go in public transports, at work or at school. You will love the infinite flavour combinations! All you need is Greek yogurt, plain or flavoured, and a portion of fruits (mango will probably be your favourite option..!). Dice your mango and add it on top of your yogurt and oat flake preparation.

    Good to know : you can mix your overnight oats, but it’s not necessary! Try both ways and see what you prefer!

    What Are the Health Benefits of Oat?

    Oat is often said to be a super grain! In fact, oat is a whole grain with high nutritional value. It contains many vitamins and minerals, as well as polyphenol antioxidants—also called avenanthramides—which have anti-inflammatory and anti-itching properties. Oat flakes are also rich in fiber and protein, two nutrients that contribute to the feeling of satiety.

    Among fibers found in oats, there is a significant amount of beta-glucan (soluble fibers). Those give oats their well-known health benefits. In the digestive tract, beta-glucans transform into a sort of gel that sticks to the inner lining of the small intestine and acts to slow down the assimilation of cholesterol.
