    How to make an homemade date puree

    Date puree in energy balls? Yes! In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 400 ml (1 ¾ cup) of water with 450 g (1 lb) of chopped dates. Cook in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Mix in a food processor until the texture is slightly lumpy and thick. Once it’s done, add it in your energy balls for a delicious result!
