Preparation Switch to cook mode Strawberry dessert Step 1 Brew the tea for 3 minutes. Step 2 Add the honey and a gelatine packet. Step 3 Cut 3 x 10″ (7.5 x 25 cm) rectangles in clear acetate sheets. Step 4 Line 4 ramekins with the acetate sheets. Step 5 Place the fruits in the ramekins. Step 6 Then, pour the warm tea so as to completely cover the fruits. Step 7 Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the tea has set. Step 8 In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, rose water, and the other gelatine packet.
