    Who doesn’t like brownies? Especially if they’re fudgy and really taste like chocolate! This recipe of decadent brownies is certainly the best. The secret? We make small bites and cook them slowly. These brownies are so easy you’ll succeed every time!

    If you prefer bigger brownie pieces that you can cut as you please, you can simply use a 20 cm (8″) square pan instead. However, you’ll need to adjust the cooking time to 30 minutes.

    How to successfully make your brownies

    In order to make the best decadent brownies, don’t move around your hand mixer too much. This prevents the creation of gluten. Another tip is to avoid overcooking your brownies. It’s better to remove them from the oven when they are still a bit gooey on the inside. They will harden anyway when cooling because of residual heat.
